Jenifer Rajkumar litigates civil rights cases, including class action lawsuits focusing on gender discrimination in employment, and qui tam whistleblower lawsuits combating corporate fraud.

Ms. Rajkumar recently originated and served as co-counsel on an amicus curiae brief filed in the United States Supreme Court in  Mach Mining v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The firm represented some of the country’s most prominent women’s rights organizations, including NOW, Legal Momentum, the National Women’s Law Center, and Equal Rights Advocates. The brief presented arguments in favor of equality for women in nontraditional fields of employment such as firefighting and construction.
