Jenna Rudoff is a highly experienced advocate committed to bringing justice to her clients. Her passion for the practice of law and representing the rights of injured individuals is second to none. Jenna’s practice is focused primarily on personal injury, serious accidents, wrongful death, insurance disputes, medical malpractice, and premises liability.

Prior to joining Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner in 2020, Jenna was an associate at another plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Houston, and an accomplished Assistant District Attorney for seven years. During most of her time as an Assistant District Attorney, Jenna was assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division where she handled some of the most difficult and complex cases, including: the physical and sexual abuse of young children, homicide of children, Internet Crimes Against Children, child exploitation and Human Trafficking, and often represented the State of Texas in criminal appellate issues. As an Assistant District Attorney, Jenna gained invaluable experience in trial and the courtroom, while fighting for the rights of the most vulnerable victims and ensuring that justice was done. This unique experience helped Jenna easily transition into her current civil practice and continue to be a zealous advocate for those in need.

Jenna is a second-generation Texan and graduated high school in the Houston area. Jenna went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Business and Sport Management and graduated early to accept a job with one of the top international sports agencies, IMG. While working for IMG, Jenna represented the licensing, branding and business interests of world renown professional athletes. In 2009, Jenna returned to her hometown of Houston to attend law school at South Texas College of Law Houston.
At South Texas College of Law Houston, Jenna was incredibly active in the school’s nationally ranked trial and appellate advocacy program. As a varsity advocate, Jenna traveled across the country competing in national moot court and mock trial competitions and won multiple awards on behalf of South Texas. In addition, Jenna was an integral member of the Board of Advocates and served as the Board’s co-chair during her third year of law school. In recognition of her dedication and skills in advocacy, Jenna received the Dean Gerald T. Treece Outstanding Service in Advocacy Award and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national advocacy honor’s society. Additionally, Jenna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melinda Harmon, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Texas, as well as a legal intern for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas.

Since graduating from South Texas in 2012, Jenna has continued her involvement with the school’s advocacy program as an Advocacy Coach/Adjunct Professor in Advocacy, teaching law students trial techniques and strategies, case preparation and presentation, and appellate brief writing and oral arguments. Jenna’s advocacy teams have won many awards at national competitions, including earning South Texas its 130th National Title in 2018 at the August R. Rendigs National Products Liability Moot Court Competition in Cincinnati, Ohio. Additionally, Jenna participates in alumni events focused on providing mentorships and professional connections to current law students as they transition into the professional legal community.

Jenna is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar College.
