I represent individuals and small business in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Most of my clients are in the East Bay and the South Bay, however I represent debtors from San Francisco to Sacramento, San Jose to Santa Rosa.

My law practice is a family operation. My paralegal, Linda, is my mom and she has over 25 years of experience in bankruptcy. She is incredibly knowledgeable (she has been involved in over 5,000 cases), patient and kind. Colleen is my legal secretary (and my cousin). She is warm and eager to help in any way she can. Joanne is my legal secretary, she works mostly from home, and has more than 20 years of bankruptcy experience. When he is in the mood, my dad brings in lunch and helps seal envelopes and put on postage.
