Jennifer Paul is a litigation associate focusing her practice in the areas of general business litigation, and employment litigation and advice.

General Business Litigation

Jennifer represents clients in a variety of different business disputes, in both state and federal court, including the following:

• Litigation of claims against shareholders and directors for breach of fiduciary duty;
• Litigation of stock valuation disputes;
• Breach of contract claims;
• Enforcement of non-competition agreements.

Additionally, Jennifer assists the firm’s trial attorney team in all aspects of trial preparation.

Employment Litigation and Advice

Jennifer assists employers with defending employment- related claims including, but not limited to, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and charges of wage and hour violations. Additionally, Jennifer works with business owners, managers, and HR professionals, to ensure compliance with changes in the law.
