Jennifer concentrates her practice in trust and estate litigation. In the context of individual beneficiaries and fiduciaries, Jennifer represents petitioners and respondents in matters involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, the validity of testamentary documents, prosecuting and defending against claims of financial abuse, and disputes concerning the characterization and distribution of trust and estate property.

Prior to focusing her practice in trust and estate litigation, Jennifer practiced general litigation and represented clients in state and federal courts throughout California in all phases of litigation, including trial. Early in her career, Ms. McGuire represented 45 families who fell victim to the explosion of PG&E’s natural gas transmission line in San Bruno, California.
