Jennifer E. Schlatter focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including: trademark prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement, including representation of clients in trademark proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; copyrights prosecution, counseling, licensing and enforcement; international trademark and copyright issues; IP and related litigation, including trademark infringement, false advertising, copyright infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition; publishing related transactions, including preparation and negotiation of publishing agreements; and transactional entertainment law. She represents individual artists in preparing and negotiating business agreements, and protecting and licensing intellectual property rights. Ms. Schlatter assists clients in entertainment-related matters as well.
