Biography
Jennifer Schulz joined Ravid Law Group as an Associate in 2011. Ms. Schulz represents various public and private companies including major developers and national tenants throughout the United States and Canada. Her practice includes negotiating and documenting various types of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating retail, office, and industrial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Ms. Schulz also represents purchasers and sellers in purchase and sale transactions for real estate properties throughout the country.
Ms. Schulz is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Real Property Section, where she serves on the Commercial Development and Leasing Subsection Steering Committee, and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Schulz received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was Executive Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society, Order of the Coif, and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. While in law school, Ms. Schulz also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court, Central District of California. She earned a B.S. in Architecture at the University of Virginia in 2004.
