I'll ask a lot of questions you may not have considered before, and I'll answer your questions (as many times as it takes!) to make sure you thoroughly understand what we're doing - and why we're doing it.

I perform all estate planning and probate services on a flat-fee basis, agreed to up front, so there are no surprises. I don’t appreciate being “nickel-and-dimed,” and I know you don’t either. I'll make sure you understand up front what we’re going to do and how much it’s going to cost, so you won’t have to worry about hidden costs or constantly watching the clock.

When your initial planning is complete, I'll conduct regular “check-ins” at no extra charge to make sure your plans continue to work as your life and circumstances change.
