I provide strategic and guided litigation services and dispute resolution assistance to a wide range of companies and individuals. My practice focuses on disputes of all types, including those in receiverships and commercial bankruptcies. My litigation experience includes drafting motions, briefs, memoranda and agreements; settlement negotiations; discovery management; oral argument; trial; and solo small case management. In addition, I have extensive experience in representing creditors, debtors, and receivers in financially complex state court receiverships. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, hiking in Washington’s beautiful backcountry, cooking (and eating), and cheering on my beloved Huskies.
