As a divorced parent myself, I bring a combination of sensitivity and compassion to every client and matter, yet I am tenacious when necessary. My primary focus is on making sure the children have the smoothest transition possible and that their needs come first.

My background is in multiple areas, including, private equity finance, securities, corporate/business, commercial real estate development, mergers and acquisitions, mutual funds/investment company issues, corporate negotiations and transactions, SEC 1933, 1934, and 1940 Act filings and regulations, hedge fund analysis, portfolio analysis and private wealth management.  I also have a background in family law/domestic relations, divorce, civil litigation, employment law, contract drafting/review and other areas of general practice.

This broad background allows me the unique advantage to view every case and legal issue from multiple angles and with a sophisticated understanding of the issues. Having worked for prestigious law firms and large industrial clients has given me exceptional legal training and experience which I bring to each client, no matter how complicated or straightforward their legal issues may be.
