Jennifer has been practicing law since 2010 and focuses her practice on financial matters, including all types of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, asset protection, and workouts.  Jennifer has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts in bankruptcy reorganization cases, challenges to bankruptcy discharge, fraudulent transfer issues, adversary proceedings, and valuation of asset disputes. 

Jennifer also represents clients in various areas of financial matters in the consumer and commercial context, such as settlements, asset protection strategies, collections, foreclosures, mortgage modifications, student loans, credit problems, and consumer matters. 

Prior to joining Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C., Jennifer worked as an attorney for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
