Biography
Jennifer Rotman is a partner with Immigrant Law Group PC and a 2015 Super Lawyer. She graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law in 2001 and clerked for the Honorable Jose A. Fuste in the United States District Court in Puerto Rico from 2001 to 2003. Jennifer joined ILG in 2003 and is licensed to practice law in Oregon and California. Her current practice areas include naturalization, removal defense, asylum claims, visas for crime victims, family immigration, and federal litigation.
Jennifer is an adjunct professor of immigration law at Lewis & Clark Law School (2011-Present). She currently serves as the EOIR liaison for the Oregon chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also an ambassador to the American Immigration Council. In 2008, Jennifer was part of the legal team at ILG that received the Gerald H. Robinson Award for Excellence in Immigration Advocacy from the Oregon AILA Chapter. Jennifer has presented about immigration law topics to criminal defense and immigration attorneys at local and national conferences.
