Jennifer Daniel has been practicing law since 2008 and focuses her practice in Probate Law, Elder Law, Conservatorship and Guardianship Law, Trusts, and Estate Planning. Jennifer has a passion for helping others—whether it is solving a weighty problem, helping find and obtain necessary care, or designing an individualized estate plan which will anticipate and plan for your needs.

She is an active member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of California, Riverside Bar Association, and San Bernardino Bar Association. In addition to these professional memberships she is also a faculty member at the University of California Riverside Extension where she teaches in the paralegal certification program and the professional fiduciary certification program.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Juris Doctor from California Southern Law School. Jennifer also obtained a teaching credential from the University of Redlands.
