A life-long Metro Atlanta resident, Jennifer grew up in Cobb County. Jennifer received undergraduate degrees in political science and religion from the University of Georgia in 2007. She then attended Georgia State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2010.

Jennifer took advantage of many of the opportunities Georgia State College of Law has to offer, including participating in an internship at the Fulton County Solicitor’s office where she, still a law student, prosecuted misdemeanor offenses in Fulton County State Court. Jennifer also served as Professor Lisa Bliss’ graduate research assistant, the President of the Public Interest Law Association, and the Vice President of the Christian Legal Society. Jennifer also competed in a national trial competition as a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association.

Jennifer considers her participation in Georgia State’s HeLP Legal Services Clinic to be the most rewarding experience of her time in law school. The HeLP Clinic is a partnership between Atlanta Legal Aid, Georgia State College of Law, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, which provides legal services to families who have legal needs which affect a child’s health. Through the HeLP clinic, Jennifer represented a child at an administrative law hearing when she was just a second-year law student. This child was Jennifer’s first client, and a significant part of why Jennifer decided she wanted to dedicate her life to representing people who are suffering and need an advocate.

Jennifer considers it a privilege to be a Plaintiff’s lawyer, and looks forward to a life-long career of representing people who have been hurt.
