Jenny Birz is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars.  Her practice is devoted entirely to the area of family and matrimonial law, which includes all aspects of divorce, child custody, alimony, child support, and domestic violence.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Arts from New York University and her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  Following her graduation from law school, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Barry A. Weisberg, J.S.C., in the Family Part in Middlesex County.  Jenny has since refined her skills through employment with several promiment matrimonial law firms in the State of New Jersey, during which time she managed cases from initial pleadings through final hearings.  Jenny handles complex disputes involving equitable distribution of assets, alimony, custody, and child support.
