Since joining Adelberg, Rudow, Jerald Lurie has concentrated his practice in the areas of business, real estate, employment, intellectual property, health care and tax law. He currently chairs the firm's Business Section.

Mr. Lurie is a Past President of The Bar Association of Baltimore City. Mr. Lurie is also a Past Chairperson and current member of the Business Law Section Council, Maryland State Bar Association. He is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the Maryland State Board of Pilots and the Immediate Past President of the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service, Maryland's largest and oldest pro bono service provider.

Mr. Lurie has served as a faculty member of Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) and is past member of its Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Peer Review Committee of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland and he is a prior Secretary of the Maryland Board of Professional Engineers.
