Jerald Bien-Willner has a diverse legal background and practice, which includes significant complex civil litigation experience, as well as consultation with businesses regarding real estate, contract, insurance and other commercial and corporate matters.

As a litigator, Jerald has led numerous complex actions from the initial case investigation stage through successful resolution, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of recoveries. His experience includes representing institutional investors acting on behalf of injured classes and serving in leadership capacities in many high-stakes cases.

Outside of his legal practice, Jerald is engaged in the business world and also volunteers his time as an elected official, serving the Town of Paradise Valley, Arizona, as its Vice Mayor.
