I am a Florida Bar board certified attorney in criminal trial law and I have practiced both criminal and immigration.  Our firm handles all criminal, immigration and personal injury matters, as well as some wage and hour issues, as well.  We have offices in Jacksonville and Altamonte Springs (just 10 minutes north of Orlando).  Each of our attorneys have over 10 years of experience.  I am a former prosecutor, division chief at the State Attorney's Office and homicide prosecutor at that office.  I have more than 13 years experience.  We are spearheaded by Harry Shorstein, an icon in the Jacksonville community.  Mr. Shorstein was the elected State Attorney for 18 years.  He was a finalist for US Attorney.  And maybe most importantly, he was awarded the bronze star with valor for his service in the Vietnam War. His son Paul Shorstein is a former prosecutor, licensed in Georgia and has more than 12 years experience handling criminal and personal injury cases.  Our newest partner to the firm, John Gihon is a former Assistant State Attorney an former Immigration Prosecutor with more than 12 years experience.
