Biography

I am a business lawyer with the Fort Wayne, Indiana law firm Barnes & Thornburg, LLP. My practice consists of counseling businesses — in legal and business issues — in the growth and success of their ventures. There is really no area of business law I don’t do (with the exception of patent prosecution), but my passion is for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions and other transactions involving the buying, selling and expansion or winding down of business. Within those types of transactions are many areas of law — including, tax, employment, real estate, trademark, copyright, licensing, franchising and nonprofit law.
