Jeremy Romoser is a partner and trial attorney at Haney Paschal & Romoser, P.C. where his legal practice is focused on a variety of litigation including personal injuries to individuals injured in motor vehicle collisions, commercial truck collisions, premises liability incidents, as well as litigating family law, breaches of contracts and other general litigation matters. Jeremy is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in Texas.

Following his service in the United States Navy and career as a farrier, Jeremy graduated from Texas A&M University, then Baylor Law School. During his studies, Jeremy completed internships at the United States District Court in Waco, Texas and a personal injury firm in Houston, Texas. He also served as Legal Liaison for the McClennan County Jail. While in law school, Jeremy was a member of the Pro Bono Litigation team and regularly volunteered at the Baylor Veteran’s Clinic and the Mission Waco Legal Clinic.

Jeremy has been an active volunteer in his personal time, serving as Member and President of Lexington ISD School Board, Charter Member and President of the Lexington Rotary Club, and Safety Marshall at his daughter’s swim meets for the Aggie Swim Club in College Station, Texas. Jeremy married Amelia, Texas A&M class of 2008 & 2012, in 1994 and they have one daughter, Texas A&M class of 2019. Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, building furniture, hiking, and watching high-school and Aggie football.
