Jeremy W. Prince is a member and partner of Edwards and Prince. His practice includes Corporate and Business Law, Commercial/Business Litigation, Trusts/Estate Planning/Probate, Corporate & Business Taxation and Personal Taxation.

Jeremy obtained his Master of Laws in Taxation of Alabama and his Juris Doctor Degree at Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Prior to law school, Jeremy graduated from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics where he obtained an MBA with concentration in finance and a BBA in accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeremy is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, the Maury County Bar Association, and the Georgia Bar Association.

Jeremy practiced law in Columbus, Georgia at the law firm of Page, Scrantom, Sprouse, Tucker & Ford, P.C. for approximately 2 years.
