Jerry Boies is a multilingual transactional and trial attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey. He is known as a fierce advocate, dealmaker and a pragmatic problem solver. He concentrates his practice in the areas of debtors’ bankruptcy and consumer protection, business transactions, contract disputes, international imports and exports, immigration for individuals and businesses, residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Boies attended North Carolina Central University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor and received the “Spes Bona” award for academic achievement. He has a Master in Library Science from North Carolina Central University School of Library of Information Sciences. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Metropolitan College of New York. Mr. Boies is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.
