I am in business to serve my clients...period.  I return calls and emails, and I always keep my clients informed about their case.  The vast majority of my new clients comes from referrals from past or current clients, which is one of the greatest honors I can receive.  I love representing employees in matters such as overtime violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  I also help clients negotiate severance packages, employment contracts, and non-compete agreements.

An important part of my practice is serving people who have family law questions.  I provide effective, tailored, and responsive legal services to people facing divorce or child custody battles.

Lastly, I am honored to stand up for clients who have been victimized by greedy insurance companies or unethical companies.  I handle a variety of insurance claims disputes and consumer protection cases.

My family and I live in Knoxville and attend Two Rivers Church.  When not fighting for my clients, I love fishing, camping, and playing with my two little girls!
