A native of Tuscumbia, Alabama, Mr. Cash completed his undergraduate education at the University of Alabama, receiving his Bachelor's of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, in 2007. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2010, where he served as President of the Student Bar Association and Senior Editor for The Journal of the Legal Profession. Mr. Cash also served as a student advocate in the Domestic Violence Law Clinic, and was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2010.

Mr. Cash's practice is concentrated in civil defense litigation, with an emphasis in labor and employment, commercial, and municipal law.

Mr. Cash is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
