My practice includes a wide variety of real estate, business and commercial transactional and litigation matters, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, leases, easements and related matters.  I have experience analyzing a variety of real property legal concerns, including land use, permitting and zoning issues, and landlord-tenant disputes, and I have appeared before California state and federal courts, as well as numerous arbitration and administrative forums.

I attended the University of Washington, where I majored in Political Science and English and graduated cum laude. I then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated magna cum laude. During law school, I served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable William Q. Hayes and the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff, both of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. I also served on the Editorial Board of the San Diego Law Review as an Executive Editor.
