Jessica Boylan is an attorney with The Sullivan Firm, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, adoptions, criminal defense, child custody and child support and military divorce. Ms. Boylan also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, and represents children in contested litigation issues. Ms. Boylan has spoken at several continuing legal education conferences, including NBI's Family Law from Start to Finish in 2016 and NBI's Advanced Family Law in 2017. She is admitted to practice in South Carolina. Ms. Boylan is a member of the South Carolina Bar (Family Law and Small Firms Section, Young Lawyers Division), the Richland County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
