I am a Partner with the Law Office of Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires, P.C. My primary practice is in Estate Planning including Wills, Revocable Trusts, Living Wills, Health Care Directives, and Powers of Attorney. I also concentrate in Probate matters including Unsupervised Estates, Supervised Estates, Trust Administration, and Guardianships. My other practice areas include Foreclosure Defense, Debt Collection/Debt Settlement, Personal Injury, Business Formation and Planning, and Civil Litigation. 

Prior to law school, I attended Ball State University where I received my degree in Business Administration. I then received my Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2017. While attending Valparaiso University School of Law, I was a member of International Moot Court. I competed in the distinguished Phillip C. Jessup Competition in Denver, Colorado in 2016. In 2017, I coached members of the International Moot Court team in the Phillip C. Jessup Competition in Chicago, Illinois. Our team placed as Quarterfinalists in the Midwest Regionals. While in law school, I was also a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and worked as a law clerk for Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires, P.C.

When I'm not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs, Keeta and Kona. I am an avid Indiana University and Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoy cheering on my teams at various events.
