Jessica Rodriguez received a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Physics Teaching (2002), a Master's of Education from the University of Phoenix (2009) and taught high school advanced placement physics for 9 years before pursuing a law degree from St. Mary's University (J.D., 2017).  She was admitted to the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, graduated magna cum laude, was inducted into the John M. Harlan Society for graduating in the top 10% of her class, and was was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018. Since becoming licensed, she has been handling personal injury cases, specializing in complex medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. She is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is fluent in Spanish and is a dedicated advocate striving for justice for her clients.
