I am a consumer protection attorney based out of Missoula, Montana.  I began working in the area of consumer protection over ten years ago, and have helped countless Montanans with financial legal issues including debt collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure prevention, landlord-tenant problems, credit report errors, and more.

I am admitted to practice in all Montana state courts, United States District Court for the District of Montana, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.  I am proud to be a member of the State Bar of Montana, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

When I am not in the office, you can find me gardening, listening to old country music, and playing with my three-year old.
