Jillian focuses her litigation practice on family law and criminal defense. Her family law practice provides counsel to clients on a variety of family law and divorce issues, including child custody, support, and paternity matters. On the criminal defense side, Jillian’s experience includes defending OWI/DUI charges, drug possession and dealing cases. Jillian also assists clients in the restoration of their driving privileges and expungement of criminal records. She is a skilled courtroom litigator and has argued before the Indiana Supreme Court. She has served as past president of the Hamilton County Bar Association and is active in her local bar associations. Jillian prides herself on her high level of personal service and client advocacy. She has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer and a prior Super Lawyer Rising Star.
