Mr. Buxton is a native Oklahoman, born and raised in Duncan, Oklahoma. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and his law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law and is a graduate of the prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming founded by renowned trial lawyer Gerry Spence. Mr. Buxton is an experience Trial Lawyer who represents people who have been hurt or wronged by the carelessness of others or the greed of Insurance Companies. Mr. Buxton and his wife Katherine live in Oklahoma City where they raise their two daughters. He is a member of Nichols Hills Methodist Church and is active in many local charities and philanthropic organizations.
