Ms. Bain's client practice spans commercial law, private placements, real estate development and work-outs, incubator innovation programs, partnerships, banking, mining, medical, food services, tax and a variety of other regulatory and business matters. Throughout her career, she has counseled clients on numerous complicated high-dollar real estate projects and commercial ventures for government, government related entities and private property/asset owners.

Ms. Bain is licensed to practice law in Arizona & New York and is Spanish speaking. She is an AV® Preeminent Rated attorney among her peers and is also a licensed Arizona Real  Estate  Broker.  She is a Governor appointee to the Arizona Medical Board and is also a Pima County Planning & Zoning Commissioner.
