Joe B. Truland Jr. graduated from Seton Hall University in 1989 and Seton Hall University School of Law in 1992. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

His practice includes all aspects of criminal law, including DWI, traffic offenses, superior and municipal court criminal cases, expungements, and appeals, as well as Motor Vehicle Commission issues and hearings. Mr. Truland handles all of the DWI related matters for the firm, and has several published case law opinions regarding these matters. He has experience handling many case types. He has argued cases in the New Jersey Supreme Court, as well as the Appellate, Trial, and Administrative Law Courts.
