I am a trial lawyer. I help people who are injured (and families of people killed) because of the carelessness of another or a defective consumer product. Every case I take, I prepare it for trial. 

Our philosophy is to work every case as if it is going to trial. If an offer is made that you believe is fair, then a settlement is possible. But if not, prepare to go the distance with your case. Preparing cases like this takes more time and attention than the case mills can afford. But we find the earlier preparation leads to better results, including settlements.
