From 2013 to 2017, John Giacobbe was recognized by Super Lawyers as a  Rising Star - an award reserved for only 2.5% of his peers!  Mr. Giacobbe attributes his success comes from his three step approach: listen to the client, be available for and responsive to the client, and devote everything to achieving the client's needs. As such, it's not uncommon to find him meeting clients in his office or their place of choice on nights, weekends, or holidays.

Mr. Giacobbe brings to his practice a wide variety of legal and non-legal experiences including the experiences he acquired while working for two Fortune 300 companies as well as those he has acquired as a commercial property manager and business consultant. On any given day, you can find him representing severely injured accident victims, counseling a grieving family, representing a real estate purchaser or seller, or working alongside a small business owner to achieve their dreams.

Mr. Giacobbe started his career as personal injury litigator in New York City. Over the years, he has worked on both jury and non-jury trials in the areas of general negligence, automobile negligence, and business litigation.

John was born in Bronx, New York and resides in New Rochelle, New York with his wife. John Giacobbe is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Washington DC, and also the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a boater.
