Biography

Drew Mauldin practices in the areas of business and employment law, where he represents employers in litigation and employment counseling matters. He regularly defends employment and civil rights actions of behalf of employers and governmental entities, and additionally assists businesses and employers with negotiating and drafting employment contracts, non-competition covenants, and other commercial agreements.

Prior to entering private practice, Drew served for two years as a law clerk to Chief United States District Judge Sharion Aycock of the Northern District of Mississippi. He received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
