Biography
A Word from John Coco, Esq.
If you are considering hiring me as your attorney, there are three things I think you should know:
First - I Love This
First - I Love ThisI recently heard an interesting question on the radio, the announcer asked, “If you could do anything for a living regardless of money, what would it be?” Without hesitation I said: “Personal Injury Attorney!” The fact is, I love what I do, and there is nothing else in the world I would rather do.
So why does this matter? When someone loves his work he tends to do a better job – my love for the profession and dedication to being a “Zealous Advocate” is reflected in the way I treat clients, my in depth knowledge of their lives and cases, and ultimately the results. While no attorney can promise a specific result, I do guarantee that I will be 100% dedicated to your case and see it through to the end.
Second - I Love Working with the Trades
Second - I Love Working with the TradesMy family has been in the trades for generations; my great grandfather started a metal company in the early 1900s, which is still in business and run by my father and brother. My maternal grandfather was a proud member of the Sheet Metal Workers’ Union Local 28, which afforded him tremendous opportunities. I studied auto mechanics in high school in a two-year program and worked as a mechanic for several years during college to pay tuition. Growing up working in and with the trades has given me a deep respect for tradesmen and an inclination to help them through my firm. We routinely help various trades and frequently provide substantial discounts for the trades.
Third - Our Clients Are Our Family
Third - Our Clients Are Our FamilyI often hear businesses advertise that they treat clients “like family”. This is probably the most diluted and overused slogan in marketing today. So why do I still use it? Because I actually treat clients like family. This means a few things – perhaps most importantly, if we accept your case, we will work together with you as a team in order to provide the most effective representation. An attorney-client relationship is a partnership, and if there isn’t a relationship built on trust and mutual transparency the case will surely suffer.
actuallyAlso, I am always accessible and you will never be left wondering about the status of your case. When you call about your case you speak with me. When you email me I promptly respond. When I have new information I will call you and let you know. This is just a basic level of courtesy in my opinion. The fact is that injured clients place a tremendous amount of trust, reliance, and faith in their attorney, and it is a duty not to be taken lightly.
If you would like to discuss a possible case, or have a need in which you think I can help please feel free to call me at or email me through the site. I am proud to provide a “No Fee Guarantee” meaning we don’t charge any fee unless we recover money on your behalf. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
