Biography

John Kennedy is an associate attorney at the law firm of Benca & Benca. Prior to graduating from the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville, John interned at the firm for a year. Additionally, he interned for a consulting firm in Washington D.C. and clerked in the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office – Medicaid Fraud Division.

Since passing the bar, John has chosen to continue practicing criminal law because he believes it puts him in the best position to protect the rights of individuals. John believes that the constitutions of the United States and Arkansas provide all citizens certain rights, and that it is his duty to ensure those rights are protected.
