John is a Board Certified Construction Specialist and a partner with Niesen|Price|Worthy|Campo, PA, where he devotes his practice to civil trial and construction litigation with an emphasis on construction lien, payment bond, breach of contract and construction defect claims.  Prior to practicing construction law, John served 12 years in the U.S. Navy where he specialized in electrical systems upgrades and electronic systems maintenance, garnishing a variety of medals and accolades for his distinguished wartime service.  John’s attention to detail and dedication to duty carried over from his 12 years of honorable service and are reflected on a daily basis by providing unparalleled dedication to his work and clients. 

     John offers an extensive array of construction-related legal services to owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, design professionals, sureties and insurance companies in complex, multi-party litigation and arbitration.  John has mediated, litigated and arbitrated various construction related matters throughout the state, including construction defect claims, differing site conditions claims, delay claims and design defect claims.  John also provides administrative legal representation to licensed contractors facing investigation or potential discipline by State of Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
