Biography

Having practiced Bankruptcy law in South Florida since 1992 John Segaul is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable attorneys in the area. In addition, he and his office staff are kind and compassionate during what is typically a troublesome time for the client. He has represented thousands of individuals in chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases with excellent and desired results.

Raised locally, John has strong ties to the South Florida area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University, then continued on to law school and graduated Cum Laude from the Syracuse University College of Law.
