Seasoned special education lawyer and general commercial litigator, substantial experience prosecuting and defending commercial disputes and class action litigation, with a strong background in disability and civil rights law and practice (IDEA, Section 504, ADA, NJ-LAD, Section 1983, etc.), e-discovery and antitrust law, and solid background with products liability, contract disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate litigation counseling.  Extensive courtroom, deposition, and motion practice experience, accentuated by recent in-house hands-on discovery practice experience.
