John Pollino is a senior trial lawyer in the firm's litigation practice group. Mr. Pollino represents a variety of clients, including public entities, city and county governments, school districts, and municipal corporations. He also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters.

Mr. Pollino has successfully represented his clients in state and federal, trial and appellate courts, administrative hearings and arbitrations. Mr. Pollino has successfully litigated professional negligence, construction, civil rights, employment and tort claims, among others.

Mr. Pollino joined the firm in 1992, and became a shareholder in 1997. He is very active in his community and charitable endeavors, including serving on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Marion and Polk counties.
