Evans joined the firm as an associate in 2008. His practice is devoted to civil litigation with a primary focus on commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability, collections, construction law, and appellate practice.  He has experience handling a variety of matters in state district and circuit courts, the Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court, probate court, the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and all federal district courts in Alabama. Evans enjoys the diversity of his practice and the unique challenges of each case. A technology enthusiast, he is constantly trying to keep his office “paperless.”

Evans is a member of the Alabama and Montgomery County Bar Associations, the Federal Bar Association, ADLA, DRI, and the state Volunteer Lawyers Program.
