I practice law in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Over the years I've successfully represented clients in family, criminal, civil, bankruptcy, appellate courts, and before state administrative agencies. 

I've negotiated settlements with prosecutors in criminal matters, and with opposing counsel in hotly contested and complex divorces.  But when negotiations don't work out, I’ll do whatever I can to get you a solution to your legal problems in a cost effective manner – a solution that works for you.   That means that where possible, I’ll work to negotiate a settlement. But when the other side just won’t be reasonable, I’m prepared to take your case to the judge or jury and even to appeal if necessary.
