Attorney Coutinho is a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar, United States Federal Court (First District). He has had cases in many Small Claims, District Courts, Probate Courts and Superior Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a notary public, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Attorney Coutinho has nearly 15 years experience in many areas of law, having a diverse caseload that included the following: Real Estate (Buyer/Seller/Lender representation, Zoning, Adverse Possession, Clearing Cloud on Title), Litigation (Contract Default Defense, Eviction (Landlord), Probate complaints and modifications (Guardianship, Divorce, Paternity, Child Support), Business formation and consultation (Corporations, Limited Liability Companies) and Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Debtor Representation).
