John J. Britton is a shareholder n the firm's Knoxville office. His practice focuses on litigation in state and federal courts in Tennessee, as well as state and local boards and administrative agencies. His primary  focus areas include: eminent domain and condemnation, real estate and real estate related litigation, firearms law, contract drafting, and business litigation.

Mr. Britton has been listed in "Best Lawyers in America" under Eminent Domain and Condemnation since 2007.

Mr. Britton is a member of the Knoxville News Sentinel Charities Board of Directors, which oversees the Empty Stocking Fund. In his spare time, he enjoys wing shooting, sporting clays, hiking,cooking and photography.
