John P. Pettinella has been a practicing attorney in New York State for 21 years.  John graduated from Fordham University in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.  He attended St. John's University School of Law and earned hisJuris Doctor in 1995.  

After working with retired New Rochelle City Court Judge Vincent R. Rippa both during law school and following his admission to the New York State Bar, John founded his own practice in 1996.  The firm has evolved from a general practice to one concentrating on criminal, family law, and real estate transactions.  John has handled misdemeanor and felony criminal cases including, amongst others, DWI/DUI, assault, petit larceny and grand larceny, domestic violence matters, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, drivers license revocations and traffic matters. He makes regular appearances in the local and state courts throughout Westchester and New York City.

John has served as Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Eastchester and General Counsel to the Eastchester Fire District.  He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and The Columbian Lawyers of Westchester County.
