Biography
I am a former federal prosecutor and veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and Air Force. I have served tours in the Persian Gulf, Okinawa, and Afghanistan.
I joined the Marine Corps after high school as an H-1 Avionics Technician. I served at Camp Pendleton, CA as part of HMLA-169 Vipers. After being honorably discharged, I attended the University of California, Irvine. I received a BA in Political Science, summa cum laude in 2005. I then attended Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, CA. After graduation and passing both the California and Nebada bar exams, I became a federal prosecutor.
As a prosecutor, I became troubled by the lack of equality in the justice system. It seemed like how a person was treated, what they were charged with, and what kind of deal they got had more to do with who the defense attorney was and the political climate at the time. I left public service to be a defense attorney in 2014 without ever having lost at trial.
I currently represent persons accused of crimes in Southern California and the Las Vegas valley. If you are facing charges, whether its a speeding ticket or a homicide, give me a call.
