John P. Farrell is an Estate Planning Attorney with Farrell Law where he serves clients in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas through the firm’s Marietta, Georgia office. John is a native Georgian and currently lives in Marietta with his wife and two sons. He was born and raised in Calhoun, Georgia and moved to the Atlanta area twenty-eight years ago to attend Kennesaw State University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He received his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. John has practiced law since 2003 and is licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas. He practices solely in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement, and probate administration and has been featured in U.S. News & World Report. He is the author of Estate Planning for the Modern Family: A Georgian’s Guide to Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Additionally, John has served as a Part-Time Magistrate Judge in Cobb County, Georgia.
