John R. Bailey, managing partner of the law firm Bailey Kennedy, has been practicing law in Nevada for over 30 years.

Bailey formed his firm in 2001 After 16 years with Nevada’s largest law firm, Lionel, Sawyer & Collins. Dennis Kennedy joined as a named partner in 2006 and the firm has continued to grow steadily since then. Bailey is one of Southern Nevada’s top civic leaders. He is also a member of the Council for a Better Nevada and director at Shuffle Master, Inc. as well as a two-time former Chairman and Commissioner on the Nevada Athletic Commission.
